Product Description:

DX-622 is 2K fast drying paint, has good workability, easy sanding property and anti-bleeding performance,

which can provide nice isolation.It can also support the primer to achieve excellent sickness and fill the slight

trace cause by sanding.

Chemical Composition:

2K Middle Coating Primer: Modified Acrylic Resin and Special Additive

Surface of Application:

Epoxy Primer[DX-623], Poly Putty[DX-628] and intact old film

Surface Preparation:

Before polishing, to remove the grease and paraffin by degreaser

To process the original paint by dry polish the substrate with 320-400 grits sanding paper,

or wet polish it with 800-1000 grits sanding paper

For Steel substrate, the rust on the surface should be remove by sanding till it is clean.

Poly Putty[DX-628] to dry polish it with sanding paper of 400grits

Mixing Ratio(Volume):

400portions: 2K Middle Coating Premier DX-622

100portion: Curing Agent for Middle Coating Premier DX-625

100 Portion: 1K Thinner DX300 series

To mix the above material evenly in a certain container before using

Spraying Gun, Nozzle, Spraying Pressure:

Spraying Method:

To spray 2-3 layers, curing between each layer should normally be 3-5min till the former layer is dry and appear to be matt. The interval of each layer is affected a lot by the temperature and airflow condition.

Dosage:

Theoretical dosage:5-6m²/L(undiluted)

Note: Practical dosage is determined by different factors, such as shape of work piece, surface roughness,

spraying methods, spraying condition and so on.
