1.Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Cuihuangkou Town,Tianjin City,China. About 1.5 hours distance from Beijing by car and about 20 minutes by intercity high-speed rail.Welcome to visit our factory!
2.Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A:Yes, we provide free samples, but the freight will be charged by you.
3.Q:What's your carpet size?
A:We can do carpet by any size within 3m x 4m. Some regular sizes are for your reference:60x90cm, 140x200cm, 160x230cm,200x250cm,200x300cm etc.
4.Q:What's your material for carpet ?
A:The products can be made by polyester,polypropylene,acrylic,pure cotton,korea silk,microfiber,wool etc.
5.Q: Can you provide OEM service?
A: Yes, we work on OEM/ODM orders.That means the material, design, colors and sizes will be made at your request,and your logo on your rugs will be customized.
6. Q:How long is the delivery time of orders for carpet ?
A: Usually it will take 20-30days after getting 30% deposit. Urgent order please send email and negotiate with us, and we will try our best to deliver them to you in the shortest time.
