Performance and Features

• The series CNC deep hole drill machine is the dedicated drilling machine with high efficiency, high precision and high automation. 


• When drilling the hole with the diameter of Φ8-30mm, It adopts the type of external chip removal (gun-drill method), through one-off drilling process;  When drilling the hole with the diameter of Φ30-60mm, it adopts the type of BTA internal chip removal.


• It can finish several procedures including drilling, expanding and reaming, which is generally conducted by different machines in the conventional process. This machine achieves the excellent machining accuracy and surface finish. 


• The machine adopts all rotation of workpiece and tool while the tool is feeding. It can also fix the workpiece and make the tool rotating and feeding. 


• The machine adopts CNC system and has automatic cycle function. and it can achieve single action and automatic cycle action. 


• The machine can process center hole and eccentric hole. So it is specially suitable for mass production. The different holes are available to be processed by this machine including through hole, blind hole and step hole.
