Chocolate production line

The chocolate deposite forming machine is for chocolate deposit forming. The whole process is fully automatic including depositing, mould plate vibrating, cooling, demoulding, conveying and plate heating. You can choose one head semi-automatic, one head, two heads or three heads moulding line for different products. The line is suitable for pure chocolate, center filled chocolate two colors chocolate, four colors chocolate, amber or agate chocolate, etc.

2)chocolate ball mill → continuous friction between steel balls. capacity 250kg/h

3)chocolate storage tank → capacity from 100L to 5000L

4)automatic and semi-automatic chocolate depositing machine → with one depositor head, two depositor heads, and three depositor heads. can make pure chocolate, center filling chocolate, compound chocolate, nuts mixed chocolate, double color chocolate

5)cooling tunnel → cooling chocolate and other confectionery

6)sugar grinding machine → capacity 250kg/h

7)chocolate fat melting tank → capacity from 100L to 5000L

8)chocolate tempering machine → continuous tempering capacity 250kg/h and 500kg/h.

9)chocolate coating pan → coat chocolate on nuts. coat dragee on chocolate.

10)chocolate coating machine → coat chocolate on confectionery(wafer,candy,cake...)

11)chocolate chips depositing machine → can make chocolat chips with different size and weight

12)chocolate bean production line → can make chocolate bean with different shape and size (ball,egg,heart,star,triangel...)

13)chocolate pump, pipe, elbow, tee and valve etc. → with double warm water jacketand so on .....
