Main structure
The machine construction is three roller non-symmetrical style. The upper roller is main drive. The gear transmission drives the lower roller. The meshing of gear and lower roller gear affords the torque for the plate rolling. The side roller is driven roller. It is in non-symmetrical position relative to upper roller for the pre-bending of the plate ends.
Machine configuration
1,Material of upper roller, lower roller and side rollers are all alloy steel 42CrMo. Quenching and tempering treatment, HB240-290.
2,Chassis: welded pieces with annealing treatment.
3,Support frame is overall structure and is completed by one time processing, which avoids size changing out-of-tolerance raised by multi-procedure processing geometric tolerance.





Rolling technique
1,correcting the plate after plate feeding
2,up the lower roller to clamp the plate
3,Drive the upper roller to rotate in reverse direction to make the plate front end be at the axle wire of upper and lower roller
4,The two ends of the side rollers go up at the same time to process the pre-bending of the plate ends.
5,The side roller descends and lower roller descends. Remove the sheet metal to pre-bend the other end of the plate.
6,After finishing the pre-bending of the two ends of the plate, driving the upper roller to rotate positively and negatively for plate rolling.
7,After the two ends of the plate come together, descending the lower side roller and lower roller.
8,Press down the balance block at the end of the upper roller to keep the balance of upper roller.
9,Open the overturning side fixed block. Turn down the toggle frame to fetch out the work piece.
10,Close the toggle frame, lock the fixed block tightly, release the balance block for the rolling the second plate.
