Main structure of the equipments 

1. Cylinder part: one stainless steel plate type cylinder(φ1500mm×2850mm).one sealed pressure 

cylinder vat.One couch roll(φ500mm×2850mm),rubber hardness HS-38°C ±2.

2. Dryer part:one dryer can(φ2500mm×2950mm),one touch roll(φ550mm×2850mm)pneumatic

loading mechanism.Rubeer hardness HSD 90 °C ±2,dryer can equipped with one set of double

air exhaust.

3. Reeling part:one roll cylinder(φ1000mm×2850mm),reel paper on sweat cylinder.

4. Rewinding and cutting part:equipped with rewinding and perforating machine.

5. Driving&control part: AC frenquency convertor&adjustable speed, processing transmission.

Main equipments

1. Hydrapulper

This product is used to pulp the pulpboard, newspaper, waste paper.

 

2. Dryer 

This is one main part on the paper making machine, used to dry the wet paper sheet.

 

3. Cylinder mould

This is main parts of paper making machine, it used to make the paper pulp to wet paper sheet.

 

4. Rewinding and slitting machine

This is the main processing equipment after paper making machine, it used to make the rewinding 

and slitting the jumbo roll to small bobbin paper, prepared for the folding machine. The specification 

of bobbin paper can as customer's requirement.
