As all the products will shipped in container for more than one month, inside the temperature will up to nearly 65 degree, so we have to make sure the headcards will be safe and sound under this degree, so all the headcards will be get tested under this degree before shipment, which make sure everything is perfect during the sea.

Q1: Is sample order available? A1: Yes, It’s available, but need to based on our mould's items. If need new items , it might be need to make a new mould .
Q2: How long do you need to prepare the order? A2: Less than 1000pcs, it’s within 3 days after payment. More than 1000pcs, it will be 6~35 days based on different quantity. (If
need to open a additional new mould , we need discuss again as accordingly )
Q3:You are manufacture or trading company? A3:We are manufacture.
Q4: Could you print customized images and logo? A4: No problem. Just send the pictures in AI format and you own the copyright to do.
Q5: What’s your regular trade term? A5: Exw, FOB , if you want CIF or CNF, this is also okay .
