1. Extremely low heat loss: all Jinyi stainless steel hot water boilers are very well PU foam insulated, compared to traditional mineral wool is about 40 % better, for a normal household this equals a saving of approximately 450 kWh per year. Under one-off modling/high pressure foam technology, with 50-60mm thickness, 42Kg/m³ density, the heat loss is extremely low.

 

2. Anti-corrosive protection: Use super bigger magnesium anode for additional anti-corrosive protection, long service life.

 

3. High heat exchange efficiency: Large heat exchanger surfaces make cylinders ideal for solar water heating system.

 

4. Inspection flange easily used for inspection and cleaning the inside of cylinder for maintenance purposes, guarantee the water quality.

 

5. Available with one or two heat exchangers, suitable for every application.

 

6. Adopt special Incoloy 800 electric heater, which have super anti-corrosion, dry-heat resistant, super heat conduction, etc feature.

 

7. Inner tank and internal heat-exchanger coils made of same material-stainless steel, can welded together, avoid potential leakage problem.

 

8. Each inner tank is individually tested for high pressure up to 10Bar/1.0MPa pressure
