It is used to roll metal boards with thickness less than 3mm in normal pressure and temperature.
The working principle is rotary type bending deformation. The rolling machine is the necessary
equipment in fields like boiler, shipbuilding, petrochemical industry, concrete, motor and other
machinery building etc..
This machine has features like compact structure and easy operation.

Upper roller
45#, heat treatment hardness HRC45-52
Lower roller
Lower roller system is made up of lower rollers, bearing block, input gear, sliding bearing etc..
The rollers are made of excellent carbon steel. They are thermal refining processed (HB260~300)
after rough machining according to JB/ZG4289-86 standard.
Transmission for upper roller lifting: zinc-base composite material, hard wearing, durable.
Bracket chassis
The chassis is of frame construction with high antitorque section modulus and small quantity of
stone bolts. It is convenient to assemble and test the machine. The inner stress is eliminated
through oscillation, which assures the whole precision of the frame.
