General introduction of the machine

1. Computer automated cutting side leg, York, Center Leg, Off-Center and rectangular sheet. Single slice with 2,3,4 or 5 steps, vertical and horizontal 2-7 steplaps and each step can cut 1-3 pieces. Full functionality transformer manufacturing to provide high-precision and high-performance production.

2. Automatic feeding and with the functions of hole punching, V-shape punching, shearing and parameter offset. All the process will be completed in the automated production.

3. Clear, easy and user-friendly sofeware interface. Multiple auto arithmetic functions on the control system which only requires basic data for production.

4. We use famous world brand components such as: Panasonic (Japan) servo motor, Panasonic (Japan) PLC Industrial computer, Japan's servo reducer, Rexroth(Germany) and Hiwin (Taiwan) motion parts,, bearings and electrical components from Europe and Japan as well.

 

Main components of the machine

1. Main body.

It contain: A. Automatic servo guiding.   B. Feeding with double hardened roller.   C.Hole punching.   D. Dual V-shape punching.   E. Rotation cutting.   F. Control panel of the user interface.   G. Control cabinet(within the machine).

 

2. Machine stacker.

Since the slices will have the differentiation of left and right, it will be automatically taken and stowed by the magnetic taking device. The movement of the storage stand will be driven by the motor. The movement of the material feeding stand will be controlled and calculated by the main computer.

3. Uncoiler

Silicon raw material placed into the rotating part and then releasing. Material inter expanded by hydraulic power.

 

12 axis high speed servo controller system

High-speed communication of 5 Mbpulse/s achieves ultra-high-precision position control. It is faster and more stable than the traditional 500kbpulse/s. It also greatly reduces the problem of interference between axis and axis.

 

All electric operation

All the movement and cutting power are all electric control to prevent machine failure due to the pressure instability. All electric operation can also lower the energy consumption, increase the operation speed and stability.

 

Dual V shape rotating cutter design

Our machine used a unique dual V-shape rotation cutter design which can greatly shorten the length of the machine and achieve multi-functional high speed cutting.

 

Safety optical senser

A pair of panasonic beam sensor are added on the both side of the rotating cutter to increase the protection of the operator.
