Brief introduction

1. Xiangjie rubber machinery make precured tread hydraulic press in single, double , side C frame design .
2. This type of press haa become well known for its reliability ,high productivity and its excellent accessibility for loading and unloading the daylights .
3. All  presses are supplied with complete hydraulic pumping  unit in compact design including electrical controller box .
4. The daylights can equiped with moulds having different widths and profiles.

2. Capacity : from 100 ton - 5000 ton
3. Cylinder  : Cylinders made out of Solid Steel Forging material.
4. Pressure ring : gunmetal ring
5. Oil seal  : Chevron packing oil seal
6. Mould  :Made out of M.S. Prime Plate Tested material, accurately machined finished and Hard Chrome Plated. Moulds are hydraulically pressure tested to ensure no leakage.
7. Heating methods : steam , thermic fluid
8. Operation : manual , automatic , PLC
