Product Description
hollow core slab machine precast works on the long-line table, using the high-strength low-relaxation steel strand as the guide, using the pushing work method to forming the concrete hollow-core slab. The slab have the advantages of smooth surface, high-density structure, capable of making construction slabs of 4.2m to 18m. The Ling-Feng series concrete hollow-core slab mainly used on the larger bay workshop, school, hospital, shopping mall, office building, bulk storage plant etc.

Production Flow
Production flow as following image
Push type precast concrete molding machine works on the concrete platform, using pre-stressed steel wires as guidance, electric motor as power to push the concrete into concrete slabs while walking along the steel wires.
The continuously working of vibration plate will highly classify the concrete. Meanwhile, the reaction of pushing materials by slider will move the equipment go along with the steel wire overcoming the frictional resistance.
After nearly 48 hours maintenance, it can be cut into concrete slabs for use.

Hollow core slab machine precast was packed in wooden case.
