Q: How about the delivery time?
A: Around 14 days, according to production schedule

A: We are glad to deliver sample to you for confirmation.  sample can be delivered in around 3 days. Contact with our Representative and they will  inform you how to cooperate.

Q: How about the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and Minimum Order Amount (MOA)?
A: Our MOQ is USD3000 per shipment, you can mix different items. We are glad to give you discount for large quantity order.

Q: Can I print a logo on product?
A: Yes. But the logo can only be printed on products with plain base . We can't print logo on th item without base or with metal base.

Q: Can you please quote me the C&F or CIF price?
A: In general, our quotation is based on FOB price. If you are looking for the C&F or CIF price then please inform your destination seaport and estimated quantity, our representative will quote you accordingly.

Q: What’s the payment term?
