The DZL Series, available in both single and double-stage configurations, is a high-efficiency vacuum oil purifier engineered to deliver exceptional oil purity and enhance the dielectric strength of insulating oils. Its advanced design effectively removes free and dissolved water, gases, and particulate contaminants, making it an optimal choice for oil treatment in high-voltage applications, including 500KV ultra-high voltage transformers and 220KV transformers. Efficient Vacuum Separation: The DZL Series utilizes Fengyu's advanced horizontal double vacuum separation technology, which doubles the evaporation area, ensuring the reliable extraction of gases from the oil. This is achieved through the innovative coalescing oil spray separator.
High-Quality Filtration: The system incorporates premium fine filter elements from North America, offering a remarkable filtration fineness of 5μm with a ß value exceeding 1000.
