1. Payment Term
(1) Telegraphic Transfer(T/T): we accept 30% T/T deposit before production and 70% T/T Balance before shipment.100% payment for sample order.
(2) Western Union/Money Gram: we accept 100% payment via the Western Union/Money Gram.
2. Products Warranty
(1) Our ice maker are warranted for one year from date of purchase.
(2) For the other products, we can offer half a year warranty at home and one year warranty abroad.
(3) We offer consulting services anytime. And we can provide accessories when the machine is broken.
However, the postage cost should be paid by the buyer.
3. Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ)
We did not set MOQ, you can order even 1unit or 2 units to test our quality and design.
