Feeding unit

 

1,Sun wheel transfers the paperboard by vacuum adsorption.

 

2,Extend the function of auxiliary transmission so as to help transferring the low material paperboards.

 

3,The surface of the up roller is covered with rubber material and grooving to avoid forming the indentation.

 

4,The position numerical value is interpreted by rotary encoder. It’s not affected by the temperature and environment so as to ensure the correctness of the signal.

 

5,The vibration is lower than back kick feeding system. It’s helpful to improve the operating speed of the machine and increase productivity as well.

 

6,Two rows of the brushes and the dust removal fan can remove the dust of the surface of paperboard effectively so as to ensure the effect of the printing.

 

7,The position scale is displayed together with man-machine numerical.

 

 

Printing unit

 

1,Steel hard transmission wheel can be used longer than rubber wheel. And it can maintain the precise of the paperboard transmission for a long-term.

 

2,It scores mid-line signal in the middle of the printing wheel for a reference to install the plate. 

 

3,The rubber roller adopts quick-release structure so as to change the roller quickly and convenience.

 

4,It adopts pneumatic diaphragm pump to get easily operation ,convenience  maintenance and stable ink feeding.

 

5,The interval between the printing wheel and pressure wheel can be micro adjusted electric.

 

6,It can remember every position of the printing plate automatically and the engine base merges and returns back to the original printing position when the machine stopped.

 

 

Slotting unit

 

1,Pre-press roller adjusts the interval synchronously with the slot cutter.

 

2,Replaceable rubber rings are installed in the upper line pressing roller so as to change easer and cost less.

 

3,The shaft of line pressing roller adopts alloy steel. It has been designed to promote flexural strength so as to decrease paperboard crushed by line pressing.

 

4,The numerical scale of slotting interval displays together with man-machine interface.

 

5,The slotting cutter is controlled by the button to run to the positive and negative position. And it can keep the phase automatically. No matter the machine is stopped or running, you can adjust the slotting phase.

 

6,There’s no need to change the angle by elasticity angle cutter structure for three or five paperboard.

 

 

Die-cutting unit

 

1,The eccentric interval of biting wheel can be manually adjusted.

 

2,The die-cutting rubber mat is imported. And it adopts grit rubber roller model repairing device to extent the service life.

 

3,The rubber roller can traces move lengthways when it is working to make sure that it won’t repeat in the same spot while die-cutting.
