Description

    Shuanglin ink is used in most high quality ink printing base materal, the ink serious isgeneral-purpose table India ink, widen the scope for ink, can be used with the use of a serious of special design of adding additives to give or strengthen some characteristics of the ink.

 

 

 

 

This product is two-component polyurethane ink, made for printing the PET, NY (nylon) and the OPP film printing processing, which is more accord with environmental protection requirement. It has good adhesion and adaptability.

 

 

1. printing base material

1). polyester PET quartile 48 dyne-second per square centimeter

2). nylon NY quartile 52 dyne-second per square centimeter

3). polypropylene OPP, CPP quartile 38 dyne-second per square centimeter

 

2. the performance

  1). good stability and tolerance to different thinners

2).colorful, distinct, printing to adapt to the good

3).it use two-component from printing, can improve the heat resistence and adhension, resistence to water, coldness, light and other physical properties, we suggested that 5%-10%curing agent can be added.

4). it doesn't contain heavy metels, and slow solvent residual, accord with environmental protection requirement.

 

3. key operation

1). stirring the ink add, avoid a rare cause local pigment flocculation, fitness the thick.

2). use cycle for ink device put ink crust, maintain stable hue.

3). the quantity and ink many methods, to improve the stability of the ink.

4). the proposal with the ink and thinner left at rare, seal storage in order to use.

A: light resistence      5-6  level

B: heat resistence     110-130 degrees

C: water resisitence   5-7 level

D: cold resistence      -20 degrees

E: alkali resistence    5 level

F: acid resistence       5 level

5. safety and storage

1). flammable, ensure the working area ventilation or install exhaust equipment.

2). suggest to use the product in 5-30 degrees

B. in the basic color, like QingLian, pink, mei red, deep LAN we provide two sets of basic color: one kind is common QingLian, pink, mei red, deep blue, and high temperature under high pressure have penetration, migartion, run color phenomenon in summer especially; Another is resistant to high temperature and penetration, QingLian, pink, mei red, deep blue, and resistance to weather, heat and penetration is very excellent.
