Technical Description

 

 

1. Product Platform:

 

The platform is shaped by piercing a 2.2 mm-thick cold-roll steel sheet, with bores of 6 mm in diameter. Conforming to the European standards of EN1176, the platform owns a strong bearing capacity.

 

2. Product Iron part:

 

The iron part is made of a steel pipe with diameter of 60 mm, 48mm, 38mm, 32mm, 28mm, wall thickness of 2.5 mm, quality and technical standard of which have met the requirements of BS1387-1985 standards.

 

3. Product Fittings:

 

Fittings are made of high strength aluminium alloy by one-time cast forming. After the slinging processing, all the corners are round and smooth. All screws, with cup heads or T heads, are made of stainless steel 316 (which meets the requirements of GB/T1221-1992 accuracy standards).

 

4. Product Plastic parts:

 

Plastic parts are formed by rotational moulding of LLDPE, the exclusive material for rotational moulding imported from the South Korea Samsung Corporation. With a wall thickness of above 6 mm
