  Firestop PPC Firestop Collar

 

The graphite sealing fire collar is an installation component of building fire protection, which is composed of a graphite fire sealing strip and a metal casing, and a fire prevention member is arranged. It can be installed in each floor of the building or between the walls, wires, pipes, water pipes and ventilation pipes, when the fire occurs, the fire resistance of the collar can be quickly sealed off the pipe, to prevent the fire heat source of gas, smoke and flame to the other floor or room penetration and spread. It is simple in construction, and has a remarkable effect on the ideal fire seal.

Fire collars are developed according to British Standard, European Norm, Australian Standard and Chinese Standard, to meet the different demands from the markets. It is used around a synthetic pipe like HDPE, PVC, UPVC, PE, PP… pipes for fire retardant, with a fire resistance of up to 2 hours and 4 hours. We can also produce at customers’ designs and sizes.
