           TopSun Automatic Longitudinal Seam Welders are designed for all straight line, linear welding applications. They are widely used for welding cylinders, tank shell, tubes, flat sheets and open ended boxes. 

 

Single welding torch runs along the seam making a single continuous welding with perfect accuracy and quality.

 

 When such longitudinal welding machine used for tank welding, theyare widely used in production of solar water heater tank, enamessel tank, LPG cylinder, large capacity welded insulated cylinder, storage tank, LNG lindergas station and so on.

Applications	TopSun Automatic Longitudinal Seam Welder are specially designed for small-scale, mid-scale and large-scale straight welding applications.   Welding seams are usually outeral of tanks.  Tanks include:  High pressure type solar water heater tank Low-pressure type solar water heater tank Enamel tank of electrical water heater LPG cylinder LNG gas station Cryoease Storage tank

Custom Designed Equipment Components	For any welders we fabricate and install, we can incorporate the controls system necessary. We program and wire electrical controls such as: Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) Standard Push Button Controls Emergency Stop Buttons Safety Sensors Audiovisual Alarms Data Acquisition We use predominantly Allen-Bradley PLCs with touch-screen or panel view displays but we will incorporate any brand or type of controls our customers specify.
