Top Frame Subassembly :
Mainly including top frame, PCB, water inlet valve, water level sensor, safety switch.
 
1.   Top Frame :  
The top frame or worktable provides a frame to fix electrical parts: PCB, water inlet valve, water level sensor, and safety switch. It varies according to different designs.

 

 2.  PCB (printed circuit board)
The PCB controls the components of the water inlet valve/pump/motor/retractor, and so on. Users can select different washing mode and programs by pressing the button.

 

3.Water Inlet Valve
There are two kinds of Inlet valve: single water inlet valve and double water inlet valve .it is installed to the rear of the top frame, the action of the water inlet valve controlled by the order of PCB.

4.  Water Level Sensor 
The water level sensor located at the top frame, consists of a sensor and a  pressure hose. It can detect the pressure of water and transfer the information to PCB

5.  Safety Switch
The safety switch can cut off the motor power when the cover is lifted during spinning, another function of the safety switch is to prevent the tub from destroying the cabinet when the clothes in the tub are out of balance.

6.   Top  Cover
The top cover is one of the main appearance parts of washing machine .there are three types of top cover: transparent cover, non-transparent cover  and cover with a transparent window (half transparent )
