This Hydraulic Cutter Suction Dredger is specially designed for cleaning sediment. Its working flow is that cut and stir the sediment first,then pump the solids to far place through discharge pipe.
What is the Features of our low price river sand dredger?
1).Cutter Suction Dredger of steel construction,dismountable type,is able to berth and dredge at water both in the coastal area and inland rivers.The dredger can be used to excavate and transport cohesive sediment below the class Ⅲ specified in code for dredging engineering construciton technique issued by Ministry of Water Resources(MWR) of P.R.China.
2).It's hull consiss of a main pontoon and two side pontoons which is easy to dismantle or mount for transportation by road,rail or water and easy to ressemble at project site. 3).The dredger is powered by diesel engines.
The auxiliary engine supplies power to all hydraylic system. The emergency genset supplies electricity for lighting and emergency use when the dredge doesn’t work.
The main diesel engine driven the dredge pump and auxiliary engine drives hydraulic system including cutter,swing winches,ladder winch and the spud rams etc.
An integral hydraulic system includes hydraulic oil tanks, hydraulic pump, hydraulic valve manifold, solenoid valve, hydraulic pipes, hydraulic components, electrical actuator and so on. The hydraulic system requirements are very high and strict, it is the main artery of the entire dredger. The swing winches,lifting winch and cutter head are all driven by separate hydraulic motors.
The spud cylinder is hydraulic powered to lift spuds, the alternate swing of spuds will move the dredger.
4).The spacious control cabin is ergonomically designed with 360 degree view.All the operation buttons,swift,indicators and gauges are equipped on the control desk.Only two person can operate the dredger in operation room. 5).The dredger is sandblasted and painted by 4 layers of marine epoxy paint suitable for saltwater service.The Zinc anode can be used to give better anti-corrosion function.
The hull consists of 3 box-like pontoons, one main pontoons and two side pontoons.The connection between pontoons is by high intensity bolts and nuts.All engines are installed in the central pontoon.
