Description
GANTRY TYPE CNC MILLING MACHINE DC1317
DC1317 is a Big type double column CNC milling center.
It is specially designed and produced for large-size and high-weight molds. The machine has stable transmission, high rigidity, a heavy body, and a large stroke, which can meet most of the mold production requirements on the market. BT40 mechanical spindle is standard, and BT50 spindle for heavy-duty cutting is also optional.
PRODUCT DETAILS
DC1317 is with a working table of 1300*1700mm, which allow loading molds around 1 meter; the Z-axis stroke has reached 500mm, which can capable of processing most molds; it is equipped with a mechanical spindle to greatly increase the cutting speed.It has a built-in screw type chip conveyor as standard, which can manually or automatically clean the internal environment of the machine tool for efficient cleaning.
A 24-tool arm is optional Type tool magazine to improve processing efficiency.
DC1317 provides through spindle coolant (TSC) systems as an option which ensures the CNC coolant is going to exactly the right spot to make the most difference. With Through Spindle Coolant, performance can be greatly increased. Even higher chip loads can be tolerated, holes can be deeper, and peck drilling can be all but eliminated due to the improved evacuation of chips.
The whole series of KAIBO CNC milling machine all adopts C class HIWIN or PMI/Taiwan ball screw, P class HIWIN or PMI/Taiwan linear guide, The guide (slider) adopts roller guide with a larger contact surface.
