CM5B Copper Carbon Brush for Auto Spare Parts CM5H 25X32X60mm
CM5B carbon brushes contain 65%-70% copper, similar to CM5H, with good commutation performance. CM5B carbon brushes are suitable for DC motors and AC motor collector rings below 40V. Suitable for steel, metallurgy, cement, electric industry, wire Low voltage, AC and DC motor collector rings (slip rings) in the cable and paper industries. CM5B carbon brush has a resistivity of 0.09, a flexural strength of 33, a Shore hardness of 20, a bulk density of 3.50, a contact pressure drop of 1.0, a friction coefficient of 0.09, a rated current density of 14, and a permissible peripheral speed of 30m/s.
