 It is generally made by use of the sulfate process and caustic soda method. It is also made by de-greening the tender bamboo or by using the lime to pickle the bamboo to the semi-clinker.

Its fiber shape and length are among those of timber and grass fiber.

It is easily glued and the bamboo pulp is the pulp with medium fiber length, thin and soft.

The stretch thickness and tearing strength are high; the bursting resistance and the tensile strength are lower.

Production Flow

 

  At the first, the raw sugarcane is pulped by pulping machines, and then the sugarcane pulp is transported to forming machines through the pipelines. After the production forming, workers will do the production triming work. Following that, the inspectors will check every piece of the production carefully. Then, the qualified products will be sterilized by the UV sterilizer. Finally,  the productions are packaged and stored.
