Machine Feature
PET-5G pet blowing machine is specially used to produce 5 gallons of bottles and 25 liters wide mouth bottle. Production of 5 gallons of normal output can reach 90 per hour, or even up to 120 per hour.
PET-5G divided into two parts of the main engine and rotating infrared heater. Because the bottle wall of the preform is thick, conventional heating system is not up to the ideal of the bottle blank heating effect, and infrared heater can penetrate the bottle embryo inside and outside and heating, uniform, so as to ensure good forming quality. The whole process is automatically completed, just one operator will bottle of embryos into the bottle and press the switch can.
