Q1. Is the hair virgin unprocessed? 
A: Yes, the hair is cut from one donor with full cuticle aligned, no acid bath, 100% virgin human hair ? 

Q2. Will the hair shedding or tangle?
A: The hair is double weft weaving with no shedding. And as virgin cuticle aligned with no tangle. It could last over a year if taken proper care. 

Q3. Why the hair has grey hair?
A: As virgin hair, we keep its original state. We will pick out the grey hair before packing, but kindly understand there might be some minimum exist in the bundle 

Q4. How can I get a free sample ?
Provide your file , hair website , order history to proof you are a hair distributor , we can ship you free bundle

Q5. How can I order one more bundle?
A. You could place an order first, do not pay, leave a msg about what extra length you need, contact the seller to adjust the order amount so you could pay.

Q6. How long is the processing and shipment time?
A: If by paypal' or Wester union , we can ship out in 30 mins ,If pay by aliexpress ,There will be a 24-hour payment verifying time , we will ship the goods within 24 hours after the verifying time, shipment will take 3-5 days.
