About the line,
This line is mainly applied for ring pull caps / ripcaps making.The production capacity is 90---120 pcs / min.

Warranty:
One year after shipment, on proper operation conditions; During the time of warranty, if som components or spare parts get damaged, due to quality problems, the free new ones will be delivered to the buyers for replacement; otherwise, if it is the improper operation that leads to breakage or damage, the new components or spare parts will be provided by us, but they are charged; Beyond the time of warranty, all components for replacement will be charged.
Viewing of our factory, warehouse, workshop,
CE certification,
Motors to be assembled to the machines,
Motors,standard as 3phase 4 pol 380V 50HZ,or to the buyer's requirements,which should be specified beforehand for checking and confirming.
Payment,check/inspection and acceptance to the goods,
When details of the order are confirmed and on receiving 30% T/T in advance as deposit,the machines or complete production line will be put into production. When goods are finished,the machines or the complete production line will be tested in our factory. The buyers will be informed of the readiness for the machines,who will be kindly required to dispatch their technicians or trust the third party to our factory to check or inspect the machines. When machines or complete production line are testified to be qualified ,the balance,70% of the total amount should be paid. All the machines will be dismentled from the production line,repainted,and packed for loading and shipment.
Package for delivery,
All the machines will be packed in wooden case for delivery,or follow the buyer's instructions about the package requirements.We support the way of delivery to the buyer's location by sea and by land.
About the after-sale service,
Our engineers are available for overseas technical support and service at the buyers' location.They will take responsibility to setting up the machines there and assure the correct running for production,also,they will help train the local operators.The buyers then need to be held liable for the round-trip tickets,accommodation,visa,foods and daily salary,etc,of our engineers,when they stay at the buyers' side.
