Silver/Palladium/Platinum Conductor Paste is a solderable, screen printable paste with excellent adhesion to aluminum nitride and bonds easily with aluminum wires and gold wires. Silver/Palladium/Platinum paste is generally immediately available in most volumes, including bulk orders. SANDOZ can produce materials to custom specifications by request, in addition to custom compositions for commercial and research applications and new proprietary technologies.
