Product description
This is a complete sheep slaughtering line, can finsh the sheep procedure from live sheep to small pieces meat.Main procedure including live sheep killing/stunning; sheep bleeding; sheep/goat head,hoof, tile removal; sheep skin removal or dehairing; sheep/goat chest opening; viscera removal, quarantine and process; carcass inspection; weighting and carcass washing; carcass chilling; meat deboning and cutting.
The red and white viscera taken out will be processed by the sheep synchronous hygienic inspection line, and the carcass will be sent to the chilling room to discharge the acid , so that we can get the mutton of the best quality.
It meets the requirements of ordinary slaughtering methods and Muslim halal slaughtering method.
