Easy Methods of Quality Testing:

Method 1: Water Test & Density Test

How: Respectively put the tiles in a water-filled container.   

Conclusion: The tiles floating on the surface are qualified pp flooring, while the tiles sunk to the bottom  may be filled with excessive fillings.

Method 2: Flatness Test

How: Check the tiles appearances carefully.

Conclusion: You can find ZSFloor tiles are flat and the edges are straight parallel to the plane, while others may be a little arch. And as character of plastic products, there may be many gas traps, glass fiber streaks or moisture steaks if the supplier use defective raw material.

Method 3: Shock Absorption Test

How: Forced step or press the tiles.

Conclusion: ZSFloor tiles have much better shock absorption as its sophisticated technology and better raw material.
