Automatic Spiral Paper Tube Making Machine SJG-800-IV
Usage and Features:
This Spiral Paper Core winder is suitable to produce thick walled cores for various applications like reel cores, film winding
cores, carpet cores etc. which widely used for paper mill, plastic ,non-woven, stainless steel, PPGI and building mould industry.
This machine adopt PLC control, HMI input, The cutting carriage which driven by servo motor moves on a free slide rails
synchronized with the main tube winder. The online fine cutting unit delivers burr free cores without dust and noise generation.

The glue unit could be move front and back on the bottom guide , easy to operate according to glue dry situation
Each layer have separate glue sick, easy for paper feeding
With Pneumatic diaphragm pump to drive and control glue from tank to top
