General introduction:

 

This tyre changer,with two interworking operation part through the slider, it is convenient to isntall and dismounting the tyre;

 

With the hinge joint operation platform, it can move the tyre tyre to the preset position through mechanical control, it is convenient and quick to work, save time and labour.

 

Set the sliding fixed jaw on the operation platform, it can fix the steel rim on the platform through manual or mechanical control, it is easy to operate and with high working efficiency.

1.      Automatic tyre changer hook, displace crowbar, it saves both time and labour

2.        Standard configuration spacer, European standard, it is a safe to the operator.

3.        Equipped withΦ80 small oil cylinder to the big board, the rim can lift 106kgs; jack catch is buillt-in and adjustable, increase the tyre dismounting sizes.

4.        The control basis can stop at any position, it is convenient to clamp the tyres

5.        Φ200 big oil cylinder, the pressure can reach 2800kgs, it can separate the tyre and rim easily.

6.        It is with characters of saving time and labour, high working efficiency, not damage the tyre and rim.

Structure:

1.      Power source: three phase

2.      Regulate the pressure regulating valve: counterclockwise rotation to increase the pressure, clockwise rotation to decrease the pressure

3.      Switch: rotate the red switch clockwise

4.      First, adjust the mechanical arm on the upright support, move up and down

5.      Second, adjust the operation platform by clockwise or counterclockwise rotation

6.      Third, adjust the working platform angle

7.      1^stmechanical governor lever: adjust the length of the extension bar according to the tightness of tyre mouth 

8.      Fix the tyre: fastening the steel rim of the tyre by moving the fixed jaw outwards
