We have strict quality checking system, at least three times inspected by QC department during the whole product process(Coming material inspecting, Mass productions producing, Before shipment).

1.Are you greeting cards Manufactory or Trade Company? We are the 100% Manufactory specialized in handmade greeting card over 12 years.
2.What’s your production time? Roughly 15-20 days after we receive your payment and press artwork, but can take longer for complicated products.
3.What kind of design format and details should we provide if we want to order handmade greeting cards? AI and PDF, and no less than 300 DPI, with or without bleed size.And note any procedure,accessories and stickers clearly.
4.If the products have some quality problem, how will you deal with it? Each step of production and finished products will be inspected by QC department before shipping. If the quality problem of products caused by us, we will provide a replacement service.
