A:We are glad to offer you samples, you are expected to pay for the courier cost and sample fee, we will arrange the samples to send to you. Or you can arrange a remote pick-up service upon FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT to have the samples collected via your own account No..

Q6: How long is the delivery time for the samples?

A:In general, it needs 5-7 days to send samples. 

Q7: What is your MOQ?

A:Our MOQ is 200pcs/item, 500pcs/order for EXW term, 200pcs/item, 2000pcs/order for FOB term. Use customized package, MOQ is 2000pcs/item. For customized package if the MOQ is below 2000pcs, you have to pay deposit for each package design and manufacture, only if the total mount of each item reaches 2000pcs in one year since the first shipment considering the storage cost and box damage over time, we will return the deposit.

Q8: How long is the delivery time for mass order?

A:In general, 30-35 days after receiving deposit and confirming customized details.

Q9: Can we print our logo on the products?

A:Yes, of course, we print customized logo by laser marking generally.

Q10: What about the product services and quality?

A:We put forward strict components suppliers selection, spare parts testing, safety testing, product durable testing, pre-shipment inspection by senior engineer. And we offer parts one year or three year warranty.
