2.2m Rotary Screen Engraving Machine

Rotary Screen Engraving Machine is the latest plate making technology for rotary screen printing companies. This platemaking equipment is very similar to  SPGprints multi-beam smartLEX. The general step is as below process. Nickle screen is coated by photo-sensitive emulsion firstly. Then lacquer-coated rotary screen be put into a low temperature oven for drying. The next rotary screen engraving process can be finished around 20 minutes.This screen exposing machine adopt 16 Diodes which generate 405nm UV light to direct exposure the none-pattern area. Next followed by developing procedure to show the rotary screen design pattern and checking. Then the nickle screen is put into the high temperature oven to harden for durability use. And coming with last step to put end ring on.
