1.Any S.M.T.D.PC board (base board)with V-CUT is appropriate for this machine. especially  Aluminum base board and FR-4(e.g. light bar and so on).

2.Keep the board stable when cutting. The upper circular knife moves from side to side, which guarantees high quality.

4.Reduce stress and avoids soldered dot crack.

5.Install photoelectric induction device. When the operator puts his hand into the cutting board area, the machine will stop operation automatically.
