pelletizing of PET bottles to realize auto separation for caps and labels: belt conveyor, crusher, 

steam washer,scrubbing washing unit, rinsing and precipitation washing unit, centrifugal 

dewatering unit,hot air flow drying unit,and electric-control cabinet.

Product Description of   pet bottle recycling machine : 

 1.This PET bottle flakes crushing, recycling and washing production line can easily wash and 

recycle waste PET bottle flakes ,which includes PE/PP labels, PVC labels, paper labels, HDPE cups, glue, mud, beverage leftover, oil, and scrap iron.

 

2.Equipment at the end of the washing line so that the completely dry flakes can be collected 

and packed directly after being washed. 

 

 3.the whole production line can be designed on the basis of how dirty the flakes are, and make sure of the quality of the final products.

 

4.Coordinating the production line with follow programmed work (granulating system), and it 

will make waste and dirty PET bottles to be the PET granule material and in order to producing new PET bottles. 

 

 The main features of  pet bottle recycling machine:

 1. Automotive line for recycling the PET bottles and other waste plastic profile, except the film.

 

 2. The final product is the cleaning flakes, if you want the final product is pellets, we should 

     equip the granule line again.
