100L Hourly Small scale Vacuum Vertical Tube Evaporator

Vacuum Vertical Tube Evaporator: liquid substance evaporates quickly under boiling condition. The boiling point changes with pressure vibration, it increases along with pressure rise, it decrease along with pressure drop. Take the milk as example, its boiling point is 100℃ at pressure of 101kpa, and the boiling points is 45～55℃ when vacuum degree is 82.7～90.6KPa.

Evaporating under a lower temperature, is able to keep the original nutrient content and aroma, especial thermal sensitive substance like amino acid, flavonoid, phenols and others. And it also avoid coking of substances of high viscosity , like starch, protein, pectin and others.

A vacuum concentrator is consisted of a concentrator, a electrical heating system, a vacuum system and a condensing system. The concentrator is a jacketed sphere tank , conduction oil heated by electrical heated tubes passing through the jacket to realize evaporation.
