8. FAQ

Q: what's the the cost per sample and how long is the sample time ?

A: - around USD45/pc-USD100/pc, it depends on your design, color, size, fabric, logo, etc.

    - 3-7 working days

Q: why do you charge sample fee?

A: We need to order the material for your customized designs, and pay the printing and embroidery, and we need to pay our designers salary. Most importantly sample fee is REFUNDABLE.

Once you pay the sample fee, it means we have the contract with you, we will take responsibility for your samples, until you say “ok, it is perfect”.

Q: How can i know the quality before getting the goods if i don't have the third-party inspection company ?

A: We will sending samples to you before mass production. When the goods is ready, we will take pictures for you confirmation. Of course, the goods will be in consistency with samples.
