Q1: What’s your main product?

A1: We specialize in various kinds of waterproof bags and outdoor bags, such as waterproof dry bag, waterproof backpack, waterproof phone bags, waterproof waist bags and so on.

Q2: Is sample order available?

A2: Yes, It’s available.For sample in stock, we can offer 1-2 cheaper samples for free if you will like to pay the freight.For new made sample,it is USD10-USD50 per piece; and for sample with your logo, it is USD30-USD80(not including express.the 1-2pcs sample cost will be refunded after mass order 1000pcs confirmed.) 

Q3: Can you add my own logo? How's the charge for customized Logo?
A3: Of course we can add your own logo on the bag as customer’s requests. Just please send us your logo in AI or PDF format. It is about USD0.10 per color per position. There is a special discount if your logo has more than 3 colors or your quantity is more than 1000pcs.

Q4: Do you accept OEM or ODM orders?  

A4: Yes, we do.We can produce bags with your brand or other brand authorized by your company.

Also we can produce bags according to your own design. Of course all of OEM or ODM designs, we will not recommend or produce for any other clients. If needed, we can sign Non-disclosure Agreement.

Q5: What’s your packing method?

A5:Generally speaking,we use OPP bag or PVC bag to pack each product,also we can customize the package according to your requirement,such as colorful box...and we can print your logo on the package.

Q6: How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A6: Quality is the priority. All our materials are Eco-friendly. And we have our own QC teams to inspect each order; It will be inspected before delivery to customers.
