—Hardness ≥5HHigh hardness causes the high scratch resistance whose structure is very stable.
—Stability The high-complexity crosslinking of polymer chain gives the high stability of the chemical and physical property.CD1-3 coating layer has better performance than other coating layer especially in weather, chemical and gasoline resistance.
—High curing speed: 10-20sFor better production efficiency CD1-3 levels up the curing speed via adjusting the formula of photoinitiator, which adjusts the inner stress during curing in order to keep the stability of the polymer away from layer shrinking, cracking and crimping.
—Environmental friendlyEasy to operate, environmental friendly and no extra thinner added. Spray coating liquid’s solid content is 50%, whose effective layer forming component’s solid content is over 99.9%. For spray coating solution, the best safety solvent is used in this product.
