Work Principle
1.The system adopt FB-DACS5000 control system,namely PLC+touch screen.
2.It is a set os system that can realize continuous weighing and feeding.
3.Resonable structure,conven ient maintenance and reliable operation.
4.Atomatically measure system zero and calculate calibration factor.
5.Friendly touch screen operating interface makes the opreation simple, and the control process and system statue can be realized on screen.
6.Special parament table is set to make the system operate in best conditions, and the centralized and local switching can be realized on screen.
7.The system has the display function of shift accumulation,daily accumulation and total accumulation.
8.Torque detection adopts austomized dynamic sensor.
9.The system has the function od self-diagnosis and can be connected to DCS system.
10.The system adopts integrated framework, vertically fix dynamic torque sensor, assemble precision, stable running.

Main characteristics
1.All bearings inside the scale are imported and the notor and reducer are the products of SEW company;The appearance of coriolis powdery flow meter is compact and beautiful and its accuracy is high and steady.
2.Steady flow feeder is mainly used for steady the material flow with structure of four-layer and mixing deviceto prevent material arching and flushing in the silo and material rockeding out caused by air pressure,the steady flow feeder can make the feeding well-distributed,stead and reliable.
3.Steady and accuracy feeding is realized by adopting frequency control of motor speed to ensure high accuracy and quick responses.
4.The system is inspected by Coriolis Principle.The instantaneous mass flow of the material is massured.It is the real flow meter different from the chute-type flow mater and impact flow meter and also different from loss-in-weight feeder,rotor weigh feeder and ring-type balance.
5.As a pre-feeding device,stead flow feeder is mainly used in powdery weighing system which requires a certain feed pressure and higher weighing accuracy (eg .kiln head anf kiln tail of cement plant for coal feeding)
6.The pre-feeding instrument can also be rotary vane feeder+electronic flow control valve+air chute in normal pressure.The cost of this system is slightly low and is widely used in fly ash weighing and conveying.
