Introduction
PT-50T 1508 PCM Equipment adopts 1.5U high standard 19" inch rack. It supports multiple analog and data access, and fiber/electronic integration. The maximum 64Kbps access capacity of PT-50T 1508 PCM equipment is 256X256.
PT-50T 1508 PCM Equipment can connect with other transmission equipment through its optical interface or standard E1 interface. It can realize point to point communications and point to multipoint communications by E1 or optical interface; and it can execute D/I (drop/inset) function through its own 8 E1 cross connection matrix; and it can have online test functions including remote channel circuit test and 2 wire subscriber line tests.
PT-50T 1508 PCM Equipment is provided with a powerful NMS system, by which the operating status of the network can be monitored in real time and the functions including malfunction locating, time slot reassignment and online test can be performed easily.

Powerful Net Management System
It is convenient to set cross connection and the level of analog user interface, and read the devices’ settings by the NMS system. Automatic online test function can realize the level test and signaling test for analog user interface, the functional tests for data interfaces, and the functional tests for 2W user cable A/B to ground short circuit, short circuit and online test, it is very convenient to locate malfunction quickly and correctly through the NMS system.
D/I (drop/insert) function
PT-50T 1508 PCM Equipment can be configured to D/I equipment, it flexible to drop or insert channels.

There are many types of uplink cards. The card type will be: PDH card, E1 card, SDH card, TDMOIP card and HDSL card.
High Reliability
PT-50T 1508 PCM Equipment supports redundant backup in power card , master card and uplink card. All types of cards support hot swap.
Remote Update function
The master card supports remote update function, the company will provide the update software, and the user can update the card for the remote equipment in its NMS center.
Unique ID card design
The ID card is fixed in the shelf; it can identify the equipment’s ID, and store the configuration data file and dynamic operating data. So if changing other functional cards will not influence NMS to identify the equipment, which makes it more stable during switching master control cards. The ID card can drive fan for cooling the equipment.
