Characteristics:

1.The diameter of corrugated roller is Φ260-280mm, Φ310mm, Φ320mm,Φ360mm, Φ430mm. It is made from alloy steel 48CrMo or tungsten carbide. The roller with heat treatment is polished, plated with chrome, the hardness of its surface reaches above SH75.

2.The surface of the corrugated roller can be coated with carbon tungsten, which makes the roller wear-resisting and highly effective, reduces the shrinkage ratio of corrugated paper, and ensures long service life.
