7000 series aluminum alloy is another kind of commonly used aluminum alloy,it contains zinc and magnesium.

Among, Alloy 7075 is with best strength character, suitable for aircraft structure,rocket,propeller,

aircraft and high strength parts.

but it can not be welded, and it has a very poor corrosion resistance. 

Zinc is the main element, and the material can be heat treated to very high strength by adding a little 

magnesium alloy.
