LT-DPH260 series automatic plate-roller blister packing machines is the fifth generation of Al-pvc blister packing machine designed and developed base on our customers’ need and meet the GMP demand as well as adopting the advanced technology of domestic and international similar products. It integrated light, electric and air system design in one. An identical ordered capsule device, Double-sides Al-PVC perforation line pressing device, Edition proofread system, Servo motor stepping system and Vibrating feeder were put into use to reach the goal of high-speed and high-quality. The lowest punching frequency is 80r/min and the highest 120r/min, one time higher than ordinary blister packing machine. It gathered the advantages of both Plate type and roller type blister packing machine, equipped with feeder for special shaped tablet. It has characteristics of high punching frequency, low energy consumption, accurate and steady movements, changing mold convenience, ordered capsules, high recovery rate of finished products and meet GMP standard. Especially it suits for various shaped tablets and plates; it can be widely used in drug, healthy-care products, medical equipments and electronic elements packing. Saving more than RMB￥200,000(US$24,184) of labor-power, equipment investment, energy and materials can be reduced or saved annually. Sampling, examination and determination have been made by Tianjin Pharmaceutical Mechanical Monitoring Center of State Pharmaceutical Administration for many times and every technical parameter accords with the standard. We adhere to our designing idea: Humanity, automation and stability in blister packing machine manufacturing.
