This machine is mainly based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, which can transport ultra high frequency into inductive head, alternating current to generate high-frequency alternating magnetic field through the coil, the aluminum foil into the caps can feel magnetic field, which causes the eddy current, and through special control, to the moment at high temperature, the aluminum foil composite film to melt and rapid and with bottle mouth adhesive, which achieved high efficiency and high quality of sealing purpose.

This machine can be widely used in pharmaceutical, food, oil, chemical, Jahwa, agrochemical and other kinds of user of bottle sealing, such as plastic bottles (PP, PVC, PET, ABS, HDPE, PS, DURACON) glass bottles and a variety of composite plastic hose and various non contact type heat sealing, It is most advanced device which is currently recognized for sealing.
