1. Q: Can I get some samples?
A: Yes, we are honored to offer you samples for quality checking, but will add extra cost and shipping cost by courier.
2. Q: What’s the delivery time?
A: As standard schedule it will take about 30 days to produce an order. But the exact delivery time will be subject to products model and order qty.
3. Q: What payment do you accept?
A: In general, we accept T/T, Western Union, Iran toman payment . More method are negotiable.
4. Q: How does your factory carry out quality control?
A: Quality is our priority. Our QC always attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning to the end of the whole production. Every product will be fully assembled and carefully tested before it's packed for shipment.
5. Q: Can I mix different models in one container?
A: Yes, different models can be mixed in one container.
6. Q: How many unit can be loaded in one 20” or 40” Container?
A: General speaking, 20” container may contains 140units, 40” may contains 300units.
7. Q: Can you painting our logo?
A: Yes, we can. And we welcomes all kinds of OEM Cooperation.
8. Q. Can we produce base on customer designing ?
A: Yes, we can even design your bike frame , but if qty is more than 500 pcs and also we will charge for mold cost.
