Phenolic Compact HPL

Compact Laminate(Alias: HPL Or High pressure Decorative Laminates)

 Its made of decorative paper impregnated with melamine resin ,layers of kraft paper impregnated with phenolic resin, protective surface impregnated with melamine resin (overlay) for printed decors, then stacking and compressing them by steel board under high temperature ( 150℃) and pressure(1430psi).

A: We pack our goods in plywood cases and plywood pallets, and each case or pallet has to be strapped with steel belt.
    The thickness of laminate more than 3 mm will be packed by plywood pallets normally.
